冷再生机液压油过热及布料器不工作的检查

1、液压油过热

冷再生机液压系统的油温过高会使油液黏度降低，泄漏量增加，所润滑部位的油膜破坏，使部件的磨损加剧；同时，高温还会使橡塑等材料制成的密封垫过早老化而损坏。因此，控制适宜的油温非常重要。当油温过高时，必须停机检查，一般可从以下几个方面着手：

（1）检查油箱液面是否过低。经验表明，油温高往往是因为油箱缺油所致，故缺油时应及时补充。

冷再生机有时会发生左、右布料器不工作的情况，原因一般为补油系统有故障。引起补油系统压力偏低的原因有：补油泵进油道不畅；补油泵溢流阀压力偏低；补油泵本身故障；液压马达严重泄漏。一般应重点检查补油泵及其溢流阀。
