一、液压系统共由五部分组成：

二、更换条件及标准：

冷再生机在施工过程中负荷较大、液压系统温度较高，为使泵和马达等液压元件系统中的液压油黏度处于最佳范围，建议用户使用HV46#及以上低温冷凝抗磨液压油。

三、保养方案：

②更换液压油及滤芯应具备的场地条件及器具。场地条件：平整清洁的地面（水泥地面最好）。器具：三相电源、200L的油桶三个、滤油机一台（更换滤芯）、充足的液压油（HV46#）、滤芯一套、滤芯扳手1件。
② Site conditions and instruments for replacing hydraulic oil and filter element. Site conditions: flat and clean ground (cement ground is the best). Appliances: three-phase power supply, three 200L oil drums, one oil filter (replace filter element), sufficient hydraulic oil (hv46#), one set of filter element and one filter element wrench.
③更换步骤：先将设备的液压油抽出。拆下全部液压油滤芯。将事先需要更换的钢管、胶管安装好。将新液压油通过滤油机注入。观察新的油位是否达到标准油位，直到达标为准。启动设备后，小负荷运转设备，使液压油均匀充满各部位液压件。
