施工准备工作是保证冷再生技术顺利开展的前提,施工准备期间需要对道路的信息情况进行充分的采集与分析,从而制定出一个合理的施工方案。主要任务有以下几点:一是对原路面的使用情况和原路面所处的环境进行调查,并对相关的数据进行统计。二是对原路面的严重损害路段进行预处理,结合路面的实际情况对中下面层进行彻底修复,确保基础的承载力。三是合理调配人、材、机,在进行冷再生技术前应该对建设施工过程中所需用到的材料和设备等进行检查,保证其满足施工的要求。四是进行铺设试验段,既能测量出各环节的施工所需要的温度以及施工速度等相关数据,又能对各项指标做出检测,因此铺设试验段很有代表性。

(1)清扫路面。在施工准备工作完成之后一定要彻底打扫路面,清除障碍物,保持路面的整洁,避免路面的杂物给施工的质量带来影响。

(3)冷再生机铣刨拌合。用冷再生机将旧路面和基层铣刨、破碎后混合均匀,喷洒装置按配比要求喷入乳化沥青,再将各种材料搅拌均匀。铣刨速度根据旧路结构状况和混合料的配合比确定,一般为5-8m/min。沥青混凝土破碎的最大粒径不大于30cm。在铣刨、破碎过程中及时检测,保证混合料级配符合要求。由于碾压必须在水泥初凝前进行。单幅拌合长度应控制在200m以内。拌和时由再生机电脑控制加水量。

The amount of water added during mixing is controlled by the regeneration machine computer.
