1、准备下承层
1. Prepare the lower layer
下承层外表应平整、坚实，具有规则的路拱，下承层的平整度和压实度应契合标准规则。

新完成的底基层或土基，必需按标准规则停止验收。凡验收不合格的路段，必需采取措施，使其到达规范后，方可铺筑水泥改进土层。

2、施工放样

3、摊铺土

4、洒水闷料

如已整平的土含水量过小，应在土层上洒水闷料。洒水应平均，避免呈现部分水分过多的现象。细粒土应经一夜闷料。
If the moisture content of the leveled soil is too low, water should be sprayed on the soil layer to seal the material. The watering should be evenly distributed to avoid excessive water content in some areas. Fine grained soil should undergo overnight compaction.
