一、水稳冷再生技术的概念

进行水泥稳定就地冷再生技术公路维修施工过程中,我们不需要租赁使用材料搬运运输车。因为在生材料是就地取得的,可以直接用来摊铺,不需要走运输这一过程,也避免了运输过程中可能出现的离析现象,同时节省了大量资金和人力。在摊铺时要注意缓慢进行,保持在每分钟两到三米的速度,不能急功近利。进行碾压是我们习惯使用振动压路机,碾压时要注意如果时间过长就会产生分层现象,所以要控制碾压时间,过短达不到碾压效果,过长会产生分层影响再生材料修补路面基层的施工质量。

路面养生就是指水泥凝结期间不能有重物压过,在养生期间(一般为一周以上时间)保持路面一定湿度,可以是用塑料薄膜也可以使用淋湿的桔杆麻布等等工具保持路面潮湿。同时要注意严禁车辆在养生期间破坏路面,只允许洒水车定期喷洒水分保持路面潮湿。
