水泥就地冷再生技术施工

一、全深式水泥就地冷再生技术原理
1、 Principle of full depth cement in situ cold regeneration technology
就地冷再生是指充分利用现有沥青道路旧铺层材料(面层与基层),根据对混合料性能的要求,加入部分新骨料,并按设计加入一定量的水泥,在自然环境温度下连续地完成材料的铣刨、破碎、拌合、摊铺及压实成型,从而修筑出具有所需性能质量的新基层的作业过程。
In situ cold recycling refers to the operation process of making full use of the old paving materials (surface course and base course) of the existing asphalt road, adding some new aggregate according to the requirements of the mixture performance, and adding a certain amount of cement according to the design, and continuously completing the milling, crushing, mixing, paving and compaction of the materials at the natural ambient temperature, so as to build a new base course with the required performance quality.
二、施工工艺

以G312线K2634段道路的养护维修中应用的冷再生基层为例,阐述全深式水泥就地冷再生施工工艺,利用现有沥青道路旧铺层材料(面层与基层),根据对混合料性能的要求,并按设计要求加入不小于5%的水泥,在自然环境温度下连续地完成材料的铣刨、破碎、拌和、摊铺及压实成型,从而修筑出具有所需性能质量的新基层的作业过程。

1、维特根就地冷再生机工作宽度:2500mm

2、罐车是再生机的配套设备,用来供水或者液体稳定剂。罐车的容量要与日工程量和道路现状匹配。方案为:固定一台水罐车与再生机连接,另外一台或者多台水罐车配备水泵为固定水罐车补充水,补充水的水罐车数量取决于水消耗速度和水源远近,以实现工作效率。

由于WR2000是轮胎式就地冷再生机,所以在施工过程中为了达到控制平整度和标高的要求,配备一台平地机。

5、洒水车

养生方法采用洒水养生的方式进行养生,配备洒水车一台。

6、胶轮压路机

胶轮压路机主要是对再生层表面进行揉搓,尽量让表面密实,减少水对再生层的不利影响,配备了一台喷水功能完好的胶轮压路机,自重为31吨。

7、准备工作
7. Preparatory work
冷再生租赁机和配套设备准备完毕即具备施工条件,在正式施工之前还要对冷再生机组进行下面要求的准备工作:

(1)对冷再生施工中所需要的所有机械设备进行的功能检查;

(2)连接所有与冷再生机相连的管路,排出喷洒系统中的空气并确保所有阀门均处于工作状态;

(3)检查冷再生租赁机操作人员是否将稳定剂添加量有关的数据输入微机。

8、原材料试验
8. Raw material test
水泥稳定冷再生层施工前,对原路面进行了配合比设计。利用WR2000就地冷再生机在原旧路上铣刨有代表性的样品。

9、试验段施工
9. Construction of test section
(1)根据经验和所用冷再生机械的特点,按6m/min再生机行进速度和转子速度的组合方案对旧路进行铣刨,取铣刨后具有代表性的材料送往试验室进行筛分,级配已接近理想级配。
(1) According to the experience and the characteristics of the cold recycling machinery used, the old road is milled according to the combination scheme of 6m/min recycling machine travel speed and rotor speed. After milling, the representative materials are sent to the laboratory for screening, and the grading is close to the ideal grading.
(2)按照室内试验结果,在旧路上摊铺新加料或填料,但不添加稳定剂,按(1)确定的方案进行铣刨,取铣刨后具有代表性的材料样品送往实验室进行筛分,如果筛分后的级配与室内设计级配超过允许波动范围,应调整再生机速度和转子速度,使铣刨后的级配与室内设计级配相比波动在允许范围内。

(3)根据稳定剂类型,采用1~3种压实方案进行施工(包括压路机吨位、碾压顺序、遍数等),以确定为合理的碾压方案。

(4)取冷再生机经铣刨、拌和后的混合料,送往试验室,对以水泥作为稳定剂的冷再生,测定冷再生混合料的含水量、水泥量,并按公路工程无机结合料稳定材料试验规程要求成型试件,测定其7d无侧限抗压强度。

10、对原道路进行预整形
10. Pre shaping the original road
按设计对原道路局部隆起或凹陷处进行处理,达到设计要求。
The local uplift or depression of the original road shall be treated according to the design to meet the design requirements.
11、计算材料用量:

(1)根据原道路再生深度内的平均密度,计算每平米新料的添加量。

(2)根据每车料的质量或体积,计算每车料的堆放距离。

(3)采用人工摆放和摊铺水泥,应根据水泥用量3.9%,计算每水泥稳定层需要的水泥用量17.4kg,确定水泥摆放的纵横间距。

12、冷再生机行进速度应根据路面损坏状况和冷再生深度进行调整,一般为5m/min~7m/min,使得铣刨后料的级配波动范围不大。应根据道路两侧设置的水平控制桩,定期核查再生深度是否正确,如冷再生深度超过设计深度±1cm,应查明原因后再继续施工。冷再生机后应有专人进行质量控制,随时检查再生深度、水泥含量和含水量,并配合再生机操作员进行调整。
12. 13、碾压整形
13. Rolling and shaping
(1)根据路宽、压路机的轮宽和轮距的不同,制订碾压方案,应使各部分碾压到的次数尽量相同,路面的两侧应多压2~3遍。
(1) According to the road width, the wheel width and wheel spacing of the roller, the rolling scheme shall be formulated, and the rolling times of each part shall be the same as far as possible, and the two sides of the pavement shall be rolled for 2 ~ 3 times.
(2)在冷再生机后应配备一台大吨位单钢轮振动压路机进行初压。初压时先让压路机紧跟再生机后面进行一遍静压,静压后采用强振(高幅低频)进行压实,压实遍数应足以保证再生层底部2/3厚度范围内的压实度达到规定要求。

(4)在整形前,如果冷再生材料表面水分散失比较严重,可以先洒水后用平地机整形。

(5)整形后,应立即用单钢轮振动压路机以弱振(低幅高频)进行复压。直线和不设超高的平曲线段,由路肩向路中心碾时,每次应重叠1/2轮宽,压完路面全宽时即为一遍。一般需碾压4~6遍。压路机的碾压速度,头两遍以采用1.5~1.7km/h为宜,以后宜采用2.0~2.5km/h。

(6)用胶轮压路机进行终压,必要时可洒水碾压。
