物料撒布施工需要注意的事项

因设计要求不同，各施工撒布物料也不尽相同。目前，施工物料多为水泥、白灰，但也有物料为土凝岩、粉煤灰等。

白灰一般要求为球磨白灰，但受多方面制约，目前市面上的白灰多掺杂石粉、石硝等，造成白灰干湿度、颗粒度等不好掌控，给白灰施工造成了非常大的影响。针对于不同的物料，在施工过程中大家要注意以下几点：

（1）物料不要长时间在车厢内存放，及时排放干净。

（2）不要颠簸运输。
(2) Do not transport bumpily.
（3）根据物料适当调整车厢内部人字架缝隙及均整器角度，均整器振动器常开。
(3) Adjust the A-frame gap and equalizer angle inside the carriage properly according to the materials, and the equalizer vibrator is normally open.
（4）如白灰湿度大在车厢内搭桥，可根据实际搭桥位置调整物料减重锥副板缝隙，调整后随时注意液压压力变化情况。
(4) If the lime is wet enough to bridge in the carriage, the gap of the material weight reduction cone sub plate can be adjusted according to the actual bridging position. After adjustment, pay attention to the change of hydraulic pressure at any time.
（5）如白灰含一定颗粒或粘度、湿度偏大，绞龙、计量器启动液压压力偏高，可选择绞龙、计量器间隔性启动，以保证传输动力及疏通绞龙、计量器。（压力过高会增加机械磨损程度，建议调整物料配比）
(5) If the white ash contains certain particles or the viscosity and humidity are too high, and the hydraulic pressure for starting the auger and the gauge is too high, the auger and the gauge can be started at intervals to ensure the transmission of power and dredge the auger and the gauge. （6）适当调整绞龙、计量器标定参数，绞龙标定适当上调，计量器标定适当下调，车速适当提高（如有不明白之处，请及时致电全国服务热线：400-000-8839，我们会安排的技术人员给您技术指导）。

（7）陷车路面随时注意后方物料撒布情况，路面的不平整、下陷随时有可能会影响撒布效果。

（8）白灰如在布料器、计量器软连接内产生堆积，应及时清理。
