故障一、无沥青喷出：
Fault 1: no asphalt spray
原因分析：1、沥青泵没工作；2、阀门开闭位置不对；3、泵或管路堵塞。
Cause analysis: 1. The asphalt pump didn't work; 2. The opening and closing position of the valve is not correct; 3. The pump or pipeline is blocked.
故障排除方法：1、检查液压系统是否工作正常；2、调整阀门开闭位置；3、烘烤或疏通。
Troubleshooting: 1. Check whether the hydraulic system works normally; 2. Adjust the opening and closing position of the valve; 3. Bake or dredge.
故障二、喷洒压力不足：

原因分析：1、沥青温度太低；2、回油阀3没关闭；3、沥青泵磨损；4、比例阀损坏；5、液压系统压力不足；6、滤清器堵塞。

故障三、沥青喷洒不均：

原因分析：1、喷洒压力不足；2、管道或喷嘴有杂质堵塞；3、沥青温度太低。

故障四、清洗装置气压过低：

原因分析：轴颈处填料磨损。

故障排除方法：适当拧进螺母或加少量盘根。
