冷再生机的常用施工方案!

根据原有道路结构和新设计方案的不同, 就地冷再生可以组合出多种施工方案!其实各种施工方案的工作原理都是一样, 区别是掺入材料的不同,加入的方法也有所不同。以水泥为添加料对沥青路面进行就地冷再生是常用的一种方案。

在利用水泥进行就地冷再生时,外加料主要是水泥,水泥的通常用量按重量计在2%-5%之间比较合适。如果水泥的用量过多,容易使再生层变脆。同时还要加入适量的水。

水泥的加入方法有两种,一种是利用人工或专用机械将水泥预先撒布在需要再生的路面上。这时水的加入方法,是通过冷再生机上所配备的微机控制系统从跟班作业的运水车内输送到冷再生机的拌和仓中。

这种方法的优点就是在控制用量方面非常方便。因为在施工中冷再生机要分几个工作行程才能完成一个作业段内整幅路面的铣刨,而再生层的碾压要等到整个作业段全部施工工序完成之后才能进行,这就形成先铣刨的路面和后铣刨的路面到碾压时所等待的时间间隔相差很多。
