粉料撒布车与冷再生拌和机的配套使用

(1)测量放样。
(1) Survey and setting out.
测设中桩,直线段每20m设一桩,平曲线段每10m设一桩,并在两侧路肩边缘外设指示桩,见图2。在指示桩上用明显标记标出水泥土边缘的虚铺高度。
Survey and set middle stakes. One stake is set every 20m in straight line section and one stake every 10m in flat curve section, and indicator stakes are set outside the edges of shoulders on both sides, as shown in Figure 2. Mark the virtual paving height of cement soil edge with obvious marks on the indicator pile.
(2)土方摊铺。
(2) Earthwork paving.
原地面、水泥搅拌桩、砂砾换填验收合格后,恢复中桩和两侧边桩,检测基底高程,在基底上用石灰线画出中线、边线和布土方格(图3)。根据实测虚铺系数计算虚铺厚度,压实厚度按照20cm控制。根据运土车大小,计算布土方格尺寸。

(3)整平。
(3) Leveling.
推土机粗平后做出标高控制点,然后用平地机精平,整理出路拱和横坡,见图4。整平后要及时检测素土的含水量,按比最佳含水量高出2%控制。随后检测土的含水量是否均匀并符合要求,合格后进入下道工序。当含水量过低时,采用水车补水调整。当含水量大时,需翻开晾晒。

(4)撒布水泥。
(4) Spread cement.
采用粉料撒布车进行水泥撒布,见图5。撒布前需要根据水泥剂量计算出每平方米的水泥撒布量,然后只需驾驶员在车辆控制器中输入每平方米的水泥撒布量和撒布宽度即可。输入后,车辆控制系统自动计算出相关参数并开始均匀撒布。

(5)拌和。
(5) Mixing.
水泥撒布完成后采用冷再生拌和机拌和,见图6。从两侧向中间方向进行拌和,拌和速度为1~3.3km/h,拌和次数不少于1次,直到翻拌均匀为止。翻拌过程中,应安排人随时检查翻拌深度是否满足要求。翻拌完成后检查含水量,如果含水量满足要求,混合料色泽均匀一致,没有灰条、灰团和花面,没有粗细颗粒“窝或带”就算拌和合格。同时采用EDTA滴定法快速测定水泥剂量。若水泥量不足,应补撒水泥,重新滴定直至水泥剂量满足大于等于4%的要求,然后重新拌和至符合要求。

At the same time, EDTA titration method is used to quickly determine the cement dose. If the amount of cement is insufficient, the cement shall be added, titrated again until the cement dose meets the requirements of greater than or equal to 4%, and then remixed to meet the requirements.
拌和过程中,及时检查混合料的含水量。含水量宜略大于最佳含水量1~2个百分点。如果混合料的含水量不足,利用洒水车洒水润湿。
During mixing, check the water content of the mixture in time. The water content should be slightly greater than the optimum water content by 1 ~ 2 percentage points. If the water content of the mixture is insufficient, use the sprinkler to wet it.
(6)压实。
(6) Compaction.
水泥土拌和均匀后,用压路机立即在基面上快速碾压一遍,以暴露潜在的不平整,见图7。然后再用平地机精平一次。每次整平都按照精平要求进行。需特别注意接缝处的整平,使接缝顺适平整。
